Aerial view of the Co-op

A rare opportunity to join our residential conservation community, we have a share, with house, on the market.

Comprising three bedrooms, one bathroom, open plan lounge, dining and kitchen, this mudbrick house features timber lined vaulted ceilings and a slow combustion wood heater.

For further details, contact Richard on 0414 364 784.

For further information about the Co-op, please read the detailed information on this website.

Note:

There is a membership process to join the Co-op and adherence to the principles of protecting and preserving the bush through residential conservation is an over arching requirement. You would not be buying freehold real estate, but you would be investing in a unique bush-land lifestyle. You would own the house and a 200-year lease over the 1500m2 house site and you would share the rest of the common bush-land with your Co-operative neighbours.
