Feathertail Gliders detected

A Feathertail Glider, the smallest gliding mammal in the world with an average weight of only 12g, has been spotted on the Co-op.

Our Small Mammal Project hoped to capture information about more small animals living on the Co-op, as well as test the efficacy of different baits and camera setups, and it has come up trumps.

This sighting is fantastic news and proof of the Feathertail Gliders ongoing presence here. They have only previously been seen in the Bend of Islands twice (once in the 1980s and once in the 1990s).
